The thang:
Mosey to neighborhood for progressive suicides. (I’m sure Chastain will quickly change the name to aggressive suicides). On the our 1 Merlin st the light and back to home base for 1 squat jump/lunge combo. Out to light 1 for 2 meeting then light 3 for two merkins. Back to home base for two squat lunge combos. Keep going until we hit all 6 lights around the circle hood. For future q’s if you’re curious – that’s almost 2 miles on the dot (1.9).
Added in some walking lunges, prison squats, irkins, and curb dips.
Partner up for additional triceps work and some abs.
Mosey back to cot and finish with Carolina Dry docks.

– I haven’t seen a teenager get out of bed and attend this many workouts since Tupperware and we all know the him he became. Keep pushing cholula (no clue how to spell that).
