Quick little mosey behind Publix to side parking lot. Did some – side straddles, imperial walkers, maybe some merkins, some other stretches
THE THANG:
Moseyed over to back entrance of Publix and found a hill to do 7’s. – squats at bottom & burpees up top.
Took a left into neighborhood and alternated exercised at each light. It was all of three days ago so a little foggy on what they were. Maybe – merkins & lunges. When done did some big boys
Moseyed over to side of Publix to grab some wall. Did three rounds of overhead air presses, Mike Tyson’s & balls to wall
Moseyed over to bench area and did partner work – team total 100 step ups and maybe something else.
Through in some more burners somewhere in there and some abs.
