Back to COT for 2 rounds of supersets with some of the following exercises (can’t remember them all):

heels to heaven/box cutters
Reverse lunge off curb with knee ups
Curb taps
Lateral raises
Crab dips
Freddie Mercuries
Suitcase march
Plank pull throughs
Military press
Coupon curls
Lawnmower pulls (aka #chainsaws)
Derkins
There was a run around Mount X thrown in there but minimal running today per my usual. We also rotated doing supines with pax calling out an exercise for the group once finished.
MOLESKINE: Great to Q Mount X and get a little bit of running in. It’s gear, which I like, but a different crowd than the Tues/Fri gear workouts. Always good to see #Doughboy, #Fusebox, #Draper. #Mangnolia and #Shriver are getting back in the groove and killing it. #Dunkin kept me on my toes as always. Oh, and #Elmer’s was there too with his kettlebell. Elmer’s had some helpful advice for improving listening skills. Fuse was trying to figure out a way to parlay this into some Valentine’s day #ss.
