WARMUP: Run to Five Stones entrance and back to parking lot for some stretches.
THE THANG: Rifle carry coupons to Mount X. Various exercises with coupons and run halfway around mountain, then run up and over Mount X back to coupons. 3 sets of 4 rounds each. The Q led exercises that were in honor of Ex Lax.
