Also tried out the exercise of the week; viz, “Zebra Butt Kickers”. Mixed reviews. Might have to just do them in higher volume. :man-shrugging:
Then went to the back lot and did various coupon exercises coupled with modes of transportation. So, mostly squat thrusters, curls, tricep extensions, and bent over rows, alongside lunge walks and backwards running.
Finished with an ab web.
