Cliff notes: It took me a minute, but I get it now—nightstalker is a zero-sum kind of AO. The idea is to burn as many calories in the worst possible manner (run top speed as a second workout of the day, when it’s hot as hell, stupid humid outside) and then… Then you ingest those calories back as fast as possible (beer, pizza, you name it). Definitely not the kind of workout you want to embark while going through your 75 hard, or during Lent.
