After completing round 1 we ran end zone to end zone while pax finished up. Then it was all gas, no brakes. Right into Round 2. End zone to end zone again. Finished the Mtn Climbers as a group.
And right back to Indian Run to COT. Ruck off. 30 x Chest Press. 30 x Flutters w ruck overhead. Rifle carry to the other side of the parking lot. Ruck back on and Indian Run again. 30 x Squats. Grab rucks from half the pax. No ruck, 2 x burpees and catch pax to swap.
