Exercises with backpack
🎒 to 7 SSH, Squats, Merkin, mountain climber
Remove pack- 7 man maker/burpees
Saddle back up – repeat 4 times
We also carried sand bags solo and as a team on the loop ruck. Finished with rifle and farmer Carrie’s.
Last set of exercises was done without backpack and felt light as a 🪶 feather
