Ruck out towards soccer fields. Indian run when we hit the gravel. Took a minute for the kids to catch on but then they nailed it.
Half circle. 20 x 8-count Man Makers = like a burpee with no jump at the top. Also adds a plank jack after the merkin. OYO. Once complete, ruck around half soccer field while moseying the sidelines.
Circle back up. 20 x Sit-ups. 20 x Thrusters. 20 x 4-count Flutter Kicks. Complete TWICE.
Ruck towards football field. 25mins to go. Indian run thrown in again.
Line up on goal line for the “Bear with Me” workout: Start with 10yd Bear Crawl & repeat between each exercise. 20 x Ruck Squats. 20 x merkins. 20 x Ruck High Pulls. 20 x 4ct flutters. 20 x 4ct mtn climbers. I wanted complete TWICE but we ran out of time. Completed two exercises for Round 2 and hustled back to COT. Plank it up to close out.

We did a mile less than last week but higher rep counts and I could feel it. 40 x burpees + 50 x merkins with 30lbs in sack is rough.
Proud of the kids joining us and the efforts they put in. What we do isn’t easy and it’s great to see them apart of it. I was a proud dad today and hope others will join us this summer.
