What had happened was: it was a big day for Chicken Little – Q-ing a site in SC !!
Long mosey up Hancock and back around lake to COT for a quick warm up
Lift some blocks and bells ( curls , plank slide overs , skull crushers squat and presses )
Run around lot and complete some Bobby Hurleys and Speed skaters
Head back up Hancock for some 7’s in Cul-de-Sacs — burpee and bomb jacks
Head down near large lot for some Tyson’s/dry docks and bear crawls
Ab Webb and head back to COt

4 plus miles and everyone pushed hard –
Kid Rock loves my Qs especially around the 35 min mark when I lose my Q juice and start huffing and puffing and slow to crawl.
Goodfella was mortified when we talked about the bird flu- sorry buddy
Rockwell my main man is back to running and crushing it ( AGAINST every doctors order)
Sugar Daddy- Joe Gummersbach my fellow wildebeest brings the head always
Paper Jam get lost sometimes and does his own thing be we found him/he found us — his a consistent running – good luck at chicken run
Flip Phone – always brings it to the workouts and
Bottlecap mush appreciate the support and him traveling across the countryside — dude is a beast.— no more tennis arms – he is now a volleyball player— interesting!!

We did figure out today NO ONE can understand my broken 1/2 english and 1/2 redneck words coming out of my mouth when I am explaining things after climbing the Hancock hill— Goodfella said we will just stay together cause no one understands what you said !!’ EPIC!!

This AO is baller if you have not It attended your missing out. Lots of stuff to do and plenty of things to incorporate— This AO has heaters, warm coffee and sweets afterwards -WTF. I thought that was lies- they know how to do it over there ! Appreciate the hospitality boys!!
