First time Q’ing Stairmaster this morning which I thoroughly enjoyed the beat down and continuing to build endurance.
A few highlights from the boys who killed it this morning.
Dasher- dude is an absolute stud even when he’s injured. Out front leading by example never breaking a sweat.
Father Dog- straight off of noro virus losing 15lbs of 💩… bro lugged a 35lb ruck with zero complaints. He’s obviously liv’in right with the man upstairs.
Uhaul- not much to say other than the guy is as close to immortal as they come. 300+ days straight broken and battered but doesn’t miss a beat. Kinda reminds me of my old 7.3L diesel #IYKYK. Bulletproof
Soggy- no quit in this slow horse which is all you need to get it done in life and any challenge in front of you. #blackandgold
Black hat- most improved on all levels my friend. You can’t hide hard-work and dedication. Keep grinding for the GTE baby.
Fusebox- I still can’t figure out if he likes me, likes F3, or likes workouts in general. However, I do know I love having him at my Q’s to continue encouraging him to get better. Tons of upside here if you want to chase it.
