Started the workout with a mile run around the Cutty campus and warmed up with 52 side straddle hops, stretches and a few merkins.
We then did Paula Abdul’s from each light post increasing 1 rep for burpees all the way down to the entrance of the track field.
We partnered up and jogged around the round about and did merkins and squats 6x total.
We went to the stairs and did merkins and donkey kicks to finish out the hour.
Finally we get to the middle school entrance and did some step ups before heading back to COT.
