What had happened was: It was a glorious cool morning at The Combine. I was excited because I love Qing and I had built a playlist that was going to inspire greatness. It didn’t. The key to a good playlist is to have a speaker that will play it. Unfortunately, we got through 3 maybe 4 songs in an hour because of bad equipment. Next time, if the site Q offers to bring a speaker, let him. Gasparilla killed us the second half with different forms of pain using our kettlebells.
As always, the pax were very supportive during the workout complimenting me on the 3 songs. I offered to send them the playlist, but they seemed to think they could remember 3 songs. Also, Coffeeteria never fails to deliver (unless you’re Zin and your app doesn’t work). Be safe this weekend boys and do something nice for someone just because.
