DISCCs given to the splurge of attendees including several 2.0s looking to burn some energy (they came to the right place), and the PAX looking to finish the year strong with Double posting by @Jingles & @Dunkin and extremely rare Triple posting by @Rockslide.
WARMUP: mosey to back field, bunny hop to the top of the hill circle up for some SSH and we notice a late joiner driving in so we mosey back to COT to catch him. Jingles joins us and we continue with LSS, Hill Billies and may another one or two I don’t recall. Mosey around the parking lot and meet at the playground
THE THANG: Kids do a circuit using the playground equipment (should have had the PAX do the slide too ;)) while the men do circuit of 1 lap (timer), jump rope, donkey kicks, dead lift (135lb) pull ups (band assisted as needed).
The kids bounced around having a good time while the PAX mostly maintained their circuit and got a little work in despite the chaos of a mixed 2.0 workout with equipment.
