What had happened was:
All shirts stayed at time of launch.
Mosey’d on over to South providence school yard for some hand picked stretches for the whiney fellas. Went into a Tabata of burpees 8 rounds 20s on/ 10s off.
Headed over to Bad Idea Hill for a triple nickel and this is where shirts started to come off. 5 Mike Tyson’s at the top by cemetery 5 jump lunges at the top by the school.
Then we started at the top by the cemetery and headed west down Sharon drive with a partner. Partner 1 did 5 merkins then ran to catch up to partner 2 and he would drop for 5 merks. Stopping every speed bump along the way to do 35 Canadian hammers.
Planked it up and did one final hill sprint before a long and late mosey back to COT
