What had happened was: Hit bad idea with multiple Indian Run passes, with exercises at top.
Ran through cemetery, exercises at each light.
Indian Run back through bad idea.
Grab some wall for overhead press and jabs.
Head back hitting exercises at driveway.
Back to COT with time to spare. Didn’t know what to fo as that has never happened before when I Q a workout.
Kept the group together, Singlet, Bottlecap, Easy Button and Chastain killed and were probably bored.
Falcon and I took turns hyperventilating but we survived.
WTF, BC shared a story of his son’s friend tragically passing at USC. Life is too precious to not take advantage of each and every day.
BC took us out.
