[the_lycan] Hot fun in the summertime

What had happened was:

Another very humid morning, become the norm this summer. Opening mosey around the church, back to starting lot for some warmup exercise.

Mosey to Harris teeter parking lot, all the was to far end. Snake 11s from one side of lot to other. Burpees one end, squats other end. After a couple rounds and some whining I allowed modifying on burpees with Mike Tyson’s. There were only 9 rows so had to double up to get in 10 rounds.

Mosey back to forest hills grab some wall for some air presses and jabs 25/20/15/10

Mosey to back parking lot for some starfish, 2 burpees in the middle, big boys, bombjacks, merkins and flutters on the corners.

Some running around the lot to far corner, jailbreak up hill, slow trot down other side, 3x, this was not a pax favorite nobody seemed thrilled to sprint. Over to picnic benches for some dips and step ups, mosey back to cot. Times up. 2.3miles total
