It all began with a gentle opening mosey around the back lot and then the front lot with DiCCS delivered hard a fast on the run. The Q dropped weinke hints as we progressed beyond drips during pre-workout mumble chatter. We almost lost J-Woww with initial disclosures. The Q also knew he was in trouble with the arrival of Dunkin , and indication we all had an accountability partner.
After the mosey the pax were put into a cycle of sprints, ten counts and exercises:
~40-ish yard dash, 10-count, exercise, 10-count. The exercises were merkins, lawnmowers, big boys, and military presses. The pax completed three round before an intermission.
The intermission consisted of rotating between canoe and Superman holds for four cycles; 15, 20, 25, and 30 second holds. We then enjoyed a re-warm-up mosey around the building before returning to sprints.
One round of sprints and exercises before a break for 100 LBCs, which were immediately followed by a fifth round of sprints and exercises. Sadly, time ran out and the pax were filled with disappointment at not being able to continue sprints.
All-in-all, 800 yards of sprints were enjoyed.
