150 ski moguls
Groups of three for a grinder. 300 merkins and 300 lbc’s on one side. 300 squats and 300 mountain climbers on other side. Runner in between.
Groups of three for 5 rowers at each of the 9 lights. Meet back up for 10 each person rowers at start for a total of 25 rows per pax.
25 Superman’s
Back to cot for 25 in outs.

Check in with a kotters you haven’t seen in awhile. I’m m thankful for the guys that checked on me during my 5 month hiatus. It’s amazing how an injury can spiral you out of shape so fast and how hard it is to get back in the groove.
