A very cold Saturday morning greeted the PAX, but that didn’t stop Mute from coming in hot to lead the opening round. He kicked things off with a double-dip of 7s that thawed exactly zero fingers but definitely warmed up the legs.

For the second half, we rolled straight into a triple-threat kettlebell circuit—three rounds of stations to grind-it-out bell work with a healthy dose of ab burners mixed in just to keep everyone honest. No one escaped without feeling the core whisper, “Why tho?”
