Mosey to the back of the school to the pavilion and use benches for dips. On my count, in cadence, 2 sets of 10-15 reps.
Mosey to the track for Four Corners (4) of Abs. LBCs, Flutter, Toe Tap crunch. 10-15-20-25 reps planking as we wait for the six.
Back to the benches for split squats. On my cadence, 1 set on each leg for 10 reps.
Mosey to bus parking lot for Triple Nickel (5) of legs: Bobby Hurleys, Sister Mary Catherines, Lunge, Squats. Plank waiting on the six.
Mosey back to the beginning for The Beast (6). Diamond Merkins and Burpees to finish.
I wanted to show Zinfindel that a runner can do a proper bootcamp but he did not even show up to see for himself. We got right at 2 miles. Watchtower is a great AO to Q. Lots of options for bootcamps. Thank you all for allowing me to lead.
