Mosey to long (south?) parking lot. 15 of each: SSH, Moroccon Night Clubs, Imperial Walkers, Potato Picker, Mountain Climbers. Then calf stretch, runners stretch, downward and upward dog. Had to take care of my Respects and double Respect!
THE THANG:
Mosey back to front (north?) parking lot. starfish… 3 burpees in the middle, in the corners: 20 Freddy Merkuries (2 is 1), 20 SSH, 10 heals to heaven, 10 Mike Tysons. Explanation was not briliant so everybody was confused. Repeat to get a better result! ????

Mosey back to long parking lot. 7‘s strting st the number 4 lot with 6 Big Boys, run to the end of the parking lot and do 1 V-up. And so on…

Mosey to backside of school, partner up.
Between the partners, do 100Merkins, 150 Squats, 200 donkey kicks. Initial plan was to run a lap. But I called an audible: run to the next corner and come back…

Mosey to the basketball court, bearcrawl the width, mosey back to COT and hold plank till the end.

Always great to be out with the Pax! Rain or shine, it doesn‘t matter. Luckily the rain held off, but we got still wet due to all the ground exercises… ???? blame it on the German who stays low, just like the national soccer team! ????????????
