So…mosey back behind the school for some side straddle hops, merkins, plank jacks, and mountain climbers. Then some brisk stretching and Tennessee Rocking Chairs.
Over to the wall for some People’s Chair with jabs and air presses. Then right into Carolina Jackass there on the wall.
After the swearing thank you’s subsided, we headed over to the basketball court to do a bunch of cross court sprinting (remember the goal: get warm and stay warm).
Then over to the track for some partner work of Bench-a-Flip! Three times each. =)
Didn’t want to forget the core, so we headed over to do an ab web of Big Boy Sit-ups and American Hammers.
Final mosey down the long roadway was done running backwards with 5 Tennessee Rocking Chairs at each lamppost.
Ended up with “Day Nice A Have” (a.k.a., elbow plank) for the final two minutes. 💪
