What had happened was: Mosey to the Cuthbertson track for some intervals. First set was 4x800M with a 400M recovery lap between the 800s. After the recovery lap we rested for 90 seconds before we started the next 800. The second round of intervals was 4x400M with a 200M recovery between the 400s. After the 200M recovery we rested a minute before starting the next 400M.
