[the_floater] A little bit different

Prior to today’s Q (#94 of the year), Chastain reminded YHC that my last three Q’s at “The Floater” have shown uncanny consistency on Strava (a.k.a., “the Bible of workout statistics”).

This somehow came across as a challenge, so I decided to mix things up a bit, go to different areas and add in a few different exercises, to the delight of all.

Don’t worry, we still got in our “Tennessee Rocking Chairs” and “Perfect Merkins”.

I also continued my tour of “Welsh Dragons”, as none of the pax in attendance today had yet experienced them. Definitely a fan favorite. :flag-wales:

We also did some partner work and finished off with a shoulder web that left the upper body pretty burned out by the end.

The plus side? For those doing “Terror Trails” this weekend, we didn’t work the legs too much. You’re welcome. =)
