What had happened was:
A wise man told us today that he never stretches. Whaaattt??? And he happens to be someone who made a living playing pro sports, is older than all of us and is in better shape than most of us! And he doesn’t stretch. Never has. Fascinating! That settles it… I am never stretching again.
