6 pax took off for a lap around the campus while a larger than normal LRC group of 5 headed to the track.
The Swarm 6 headed the long way to Geeb Jungle for 4 laps with merkins, dips and dry-docks at the corners. 4×25
Next hit the open track ( because it was open) for 3 sets of bleachers with an exercise at the top. All for Dasher as a welcome back gift.
Next 200 intervals then 100 intervals around the track.
Off the the front of campus with speed skaters at each site.
LRC group ran circles on the track and hooched it back. All we know.
*Mute started out on fire today making us all look bad, may have ran out of has near the end. Way to push it man.
*Bottlecap was in front all morning then grew tired of us and left everyone in the dust the last 10 minutes. He may have even skipped COT and went home. Kidding.
*Hollywood did the normal steady killer pace, near the front, talking like the workout was a complete breeze. I will attempt to make it more strenuous next time.
*Rain Man wearing a ruck the whole time, pushed it. Made us all look weak and silly. Dude is an absolute animal. I heard next week he is wearing ankle weights. To be fair I still outweigh him with the ruck on. (Trying to make myself feel better)
*Dasher – Jeff Green back in action like he hasn’t missed a beat after a nice little vacay.
*I was happy to survive after enduring what I assume was the flu this week. Shout out to Dasher and Rainman for pushing me without even realizing it.
Major Announcement… Titan is now called TITian and ultimate frisbee will happen the last Friday of each month. More info and liability waivers to come.
