What had happened was:
Had to modify a little, fast had me a little weak.
Partner work: step ups, iirkins, dips, 100 each.
Repeat but drop to 50 each and change to dirkins.
Bear crawl/lunge rotation
Calf raises on steps.
Finish with rotating squats/dry docks at every other tree while jogging to COT. I let the boys go their pace, I caught up.

I joke about the guys being old, but it’s inspiring to see the “older” not “old” fellas keep getting after it regardless of age. Now, they aren’t that old (except for J-Woww) but they still run circles around me so I can’t say much. But it was good to see the boys this AM, like always. Good push. Looking forward to being back after the fast and taking the training wheels off.
