[mount_x] Dirty Knees

What had happened was:
A good crowd at the famed mount_x this morning! The Pax were surprisingly attentive as I gave the disclaimer… it was almost creepy . Maybe they were on their best behavior for the FNG!

We did a little bit of everything today. Some running, a few sprints, decent ab work and plenty of coupon lifting.

We discussed things like beer drinking donkeys :eyes: but the highlight was trying to figure out why Sugar Daddy always has dirty knees after the workouts. His wife has questions too. :man-shrugging: See what you missed out on!

The FNG was 19 year old Austin Parker. Boyfriend of O69’s daughter. He’s from Bennettsville, SC and seemed country enough to name him “Banjo”.
