Workout consisted of AMRAP exercises for 1 minute 15 seconds followed by 25 seconds of rest between the exercise sessions. We got to the beginning of the 3rd round of exercises .
Exercises consisted of:
1. Bench Press
2. Squats
3 Curls
4 Heels to Heaven
5. Military Press
6 Lunges
7 Skull Crushers
8 SSH (No weight)
9 LBC
10 Bent over Row
There was a very light rain near the end of the workout. Somehow, Penalty Box was prescient as he wasn’t at the workout. Penalty Box avoids working out when it rains. That guy needs to play the Lottery!
