What had happened was:
Rolled to the field for some burpees – SSH- Mountain climbers -Mike Tysons and squats/bombjacks whiling mixing in some miles
We sprinkled in some bear crawls, crawl bears bunny hops and bad bunnies while crushing some merkins and diamonds

– Head back to lot for some fun with heavy stuff for 2 minutes of terror- which ended up being 1 min and half – yikes of
Blockees – squats thursters- Around the worlds-swings – curls/triceps — planks –
and sprints.
