THE THANG: the Twinkle ⭐️
Once we’ve made a complete parking lot wide circle, Each Pax announces an exercise using their kettlebell x 25 reps. Then bear crawl to the center to do 10 merkins, then lunge walk back to the next “spoke” and do 25 of that exercise and so on and so forth. After there’s stations – sprint around the parking lot and pick back up where you left off. We did curls, K B swings, lawn mower pulls, triceps extensions, one arm press, medicine ball pick ups, butterfly sit-ups, and several other exercises with various weights b/n 20-50 lbs. maybe next time we pick 3-4 exercises to rinse and repeat at all the stations as we tend to forget what each station was, or I could have made signs to keep us from asking “what do we do here again?”
