What had happened was:

Turns out Soggy is trying to run/jog a little more this time around. We started with intervals, then hit a hill for squats and merkins, then did some sprints in the target lot. After all that we moseyed back towards COT did some wall work and finished with partner step ups, inclined merkins, calf raises, and big boyz.

It was an honor as always to lead. I told Dunkin at one point that when he leads I always see him giving max effort and in front. I admire that. I gave max effort this morning but unfortunately I’m still a Clydesdale. But I crushed myself and that’s what matters, I led and failed. Win – Win.

We closed with prayer and gratitude for MLK and a safe day for the new President.
