Then warmed up the shoulders with arm circles, backward arm circles, seal claps, overhead claps, and Moroccan night clubs (British Style).
We were now limber enough for our first EMOM…the famous “Diesel EMOM”.
Only 15 minutes, but still awesome! :smiley:

– 4 merkins
– 6 big boy sit-ups
– 8 squats
– 10 side straddle hops
Every minute, on the minute.
Then…another little mosey, grab some coupons, make sure the tunes are still rolling, and… EMOM #2!…the almost-as-famous “Rock EMOM”…
This time only 10 minutes, but it was plenty.
– 2 squat thrusters
– 4 tricep extensions
– 6 bicep curls
– 8 goblet squats
– 10 bench/chest press
Two minutes left for an elbow plank (or whatever you can handle after all of that).

I think Penalty Box, Sun Drop, and Roomba did something, too, but it wasn’t the EMOM’s. 😥
