In an attempt to answer the call for a Q that lived up to the site’s name (gear) and included mileage, the winke brainstorming commenced.
The plan:
Warmup mosey ssh, jimmy dugan, runners lunges
3 rounds:
1 mile Run to traffic light and back passing 15 lb slam ball around
Circle up and rotate with 5 reps each:
2 pood goblet squat
1 pood rdl
25 lb slam ball big boy stand up slam
50 lb dumbell x2 thruster or farmers carry
15 lb slam ball Big bois
Audible to use the 25 lb slam ball as timer and max reps the others and half mile on round 2-3 and mary to keep us together
After 3 rounds,
Wrapped up with some impromptu backwards running, balls to the wall, wall sit jabs and air press before back to Cot.
