What had happened was: Big Tuna took the Q at The Body Shop and made it clear he wasn’t having any of the 1-mile limit stuff. So he called Paula Abdul on the main drag, plenty of merkins and squats, some rock work and an ab-fest and though it was only 1.73 in the end, it felt more like 3 miles thanks to the constant work and thick humidity. And Carb Load was out in front the whole morning — since when did this happen?
Hatchet was Q at Stairmaster, but he was there in spirit with us. But not in spirit enough to get credit for attendance.
