YHC saw the Q spot was open at bushwood so signed up yesterday. As a social experiment, no marketing was done, but that’s okay because most pax that attend bushwood don’t check Slack anyways. Sure enough, no marketing is necessary, as there were 9 pax ready to roll this morning!

Mosey, warm up, lots of side straddle hops.

Plenty of laps around the track with progressive exercises in between.

Some “Carolina Jackass”, an ab web, and finished off with “Hallelujah Toy Soldiers”.

Good times had by all as most pax tried to avoid Tanyatine-Tim Braun and whatever burrito grande he had last night. :grimacing:
