What had happened was:
Spring Break + Rain = low numbers
but Cowbell brought out the beasts anyways

The workout was pretty simple, but not easy. 10 reps, sprint to the curb and back. 20 reps, 5k pace around the PetSmart. 30 reps, 10k pace around the front of Brooklyn Pizza. Swing for the six and then we start on the next exercise together. We made it through Presses, Curls, Triceps, Thrusters, Lawn Mower Pulls, and then started on Simbas before time ran out.

You can’t really convey how tough a workout is through a backblast but this one was pretty nasty. Heart rates were high and arms were dead.
