Everybody partner up (Q is odd man out)!
Two exercises are given, with one partner doing one and the other partner doing the other. Hold for as long as you can/want and then switch with your partner. Keep switching for 5 minutes. Then we move on to another pair of exercises.
Exercise pairs included the following:
– High plank / Rifle Hold (w/ coupon)
– Side plank (right) / Squat hold (with or without weight)
– Side plank (left) / Boat
– Superman / Chest press hold
– Suitcase with coupon (right) / High pull hold
– Suitcase with coupon (left) / Rifle Hold (w/ coupon)
– Elbow plank / Glute bridge
And for the final two minutes we just held rifle carry.
Plenty of mumblechatter and complaining by all. Good times. =)
