WARMUP: Popeye special. Lots of SSB and up and down with various plank based exercises, followed by stretching (watch out, here it comes).
THE THANG: “Stepchild” does single arm bench presses with disgustingly heavy weights while everyone else exercises throughout, rotating the stepchild out.
Popeye 100’s, blast the shoulders.
Russian one leg things.
Buildups with blocks (more shoulders).
More russian one-leggers.
Some ab stuff holding the blocks.
Some you-call its, end with arms to heaven.
COT: You can get and keep your heartrate up in one place. Lift big, but lift right, good modifying down in weights by some of the older dudes, and no complaining. Lots tried, pushed hard, got strong.
