What had happened was:
Good burn with the fellas this morning:
Q arrived on time. Step 1 accomplished.
Posse was egging me on for me details in my NYC trip recollection, much to the chagrin of the other pax.
Good to see Popeye back out. He’s looking a little leaner these days. Maybe it was just a good fitting outfit though.
Shriver almost broke a sweat, so that’s a plus. He said he was going home to plug in and make sure he was charged at 100 for his beast convergence Q Tues.
Chaos was egging on my constipation story….until he wasn’t.
Fuse Box was verbally supportive of the large quantity of side straddle hops. Which I appreciated.
Lambeau and Roomba were both also very supportive of the numerous times we got up and down off the ground. Which I also appreciated.
2xT dialed up a quality selection of 08-09 hip hop on the boom box.
Jingles was not dressed as a traffic cone today. So safety was compromised.
Mayhem was there with strict orders from absent site Q Dunkin to not let me run the thing completely off the rails. He succeeded.
Penalty Box had the quote of the day when he said, “if you have a little kid’s birthday party, and you’re looking for a guy to come tell stories…don’t call this guy” while pointing at the Q. Touché my brother. Touché.

As for the workout. We got a good burn:
