What had happened was:
A bootcamp workout took place with some decent mileage and upperbody workouts surrounding the Marvin HS. Hatchet was able to survive a severe beatdown caused by a stomach virus and still came out and ruck’d most of the time.

Rooster Dunkin @kermit Das Boot all did Broga near the COT. **if you’re ever in need of a good warmup + yoga + stretching, check out the BROGA on wednesdays at the dromedary they have a great workout going. Great to see Dunkin’s little one “Kermit” come and work out so early in the morning. :muscle:
