Great to be back at my first post AO
Mosey around half of the lot back to the hump top where the work happened – started off with burpees to get everyone warm and caught up

Opened up with some Jimmy Ds plank and runners stretch
A full round of a Das Boot inspired – 1 PAX picks an exercise and run to the north side of the lot as the timer while the rest do the work.
Schnitzel anchored us strong with some SSH
Shifted to our first of 2 rounds of starfish – 2 burpees and alternating 10 merkins 15 air squats in the corners
Did a round of Mary to calm my redlining heartrate due to dirty fuel from the Thanksgiving refill.
