The morning began with a promise of a warm-up mosey… but the Flash faithful quickly learned that YHCs definition of “warm-up” was more of an homage to terror trails. The run just kept going — and going — as whispers of rebellion spread through the pack.
A mutiny was brewing, fueled by confusion, fatigue, and the realization that the Q might actually be serious. But just as the uprising neared full tilt, I pulled out my redemption song— an extended session of Upward Dog that had the men howling like it was their honeymoon. Laughter replaced grumbling, and the revolt was quelled.
