What had happened was:

It wasn’t the first time we’ve run this route. It probably won’t be the last. But we got 5.25 miles and checked the mileage minimum box. We had higher Ignition numbers than we’ve had in a while. We hit 3 nice hills. It felt pretty terrible.

We stayed on the OK side of Lawson and hit 3 different hills. If you wanna know where then check Strava. On the first hill we did 7s with Diamond Merkins and Speed Skaters (2=1). On the next hill we did 7s with Dry Docks and Squats. We took a brief intermission at the clubhouse and did a Captain Therkin Webb with Merkins, Big Bois and a mixture of Little Bois, Flutters, and American Hammers. On the third hill we did 7s with Mike Tysons and some Bobby Hurleys as a farewell to Duke’s playoff run.

With the remaining few minutes we took the shortcut through the woods and ended at COT with some Heels to Heaven.
