What’s worse than a Triple Nickel? How about a Triple 7s?

We could have all been spared a lot of pain and suffering if Sugar Daddy would have just run us all over as we moseyed out of the COT parking lot. Instead he joined us while we did a brief warmup on the median in front of crazy cabin guy’s house. Speaking of…I think Easy Button was a little concerned he might pay us a visit this morning as he shushed my SSH counting. Ice9, not to be deterred, counted at double volume. No cabin guys, crazy or otherwise, emerged or engaged. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A quick mosey down to Lightwood Rd where Transporter made his completely unexpected departure to mark a tree or something. The rest of us continued on to the hill of Shearwater Lane for round #1 of our 7s – Diamond Merkins and Speed Skaters. Transporter rejoined us a few laps in but it wasn’t to last

Upon finishing we hit the sidewalk trail to sneak around to Gallberry Lane but Tporter tweaked a knee and bowed out. The rest of us started round #2 of our 7s with Dry Docks and Squats. Finishing that we headed up Trading Path Lane and took a left on Surveyor General to the finale everyone was eagerly awaiting.

Papaw Lane was round #3 of our Triple 7s and we finished strong with Burpees and Big Bois. Deadwood thought better of it, skipped the hill, and headed back to COT with a sorry hammy. Driveby escorted Deadwood back because he knew Deadwood was hard of seeing (or he didn’t want to do burpees either). The rest of us hit the Jackpot with our 3rd set of 7s then slowly made our way back to COT.

A quick shortcut through the woods and with a few more minutes on the clock we finished strong with 10 Merkins at each light post before the clock hit 60 minutes.
