With 2 FNGs I figured we should make this workout a bit more formal and official! A very clear and concise disclaimer was given and at 5:30 am on the dot we were off!
-A warm up mosey followed by a few warm up exercises.
-With partners we did some bench work and hot laps.
-Next were Donkey Kicks and Air Presses which were a fan favorite. Ok, maybe not.
-We ran and bear crawled our way to the back of the school for Squats and Burpees.
-After a few Sprints on the basketball court we partnered up again and lifted some rocks.
-A strong finish with Big Boys and Bobby Hurley’s as we mad our way back to COT.
