Had 2 planned workouts. 1 was to run the burpee mile but with different exercises. Other was to explore the parking lot of the new library. Both with intention of getting more miles. Went exploring the parking lot during shield lock ruck. Library was the winner.
We mossed to library. Asked the pax to plank but they started calf stretch. Nope recover. 10 proper step ups 2is1 20 dips. Run to stop sigh at 4 way intersection. 5 bomb jacks and run back. Bear crawl across the parking lot. Zin moved like spider man. He pushed me to be one too. Rinse and repeat.
Run to stop sign. 5 merkin shredder at each light as we ran to high school parking lot. Abb exercise. Run to transporter shed. Air presses. 5 speed skaters at each light as we ran back to cot.
Good work all around.
