We combined upper body, legwork and core exercises: 24 J-Los, 50 merkins, squats, big boys, lunges, dry docks… The last 5 minutes we did 25-count of core-destroying stupidity: American hammers, flutters, heals to heaven, Rosalitas, windshield wipers… I don’t know, a lot of stuff.
