Mosey to another lot for some route running with a football we found. Partner up one runs a route if he drops the pass 2 burpees for everyone. While this was going on everyone else did a mixture of SSH and mt climbers.
Mosey to the track for one lap of four corners. Calf raises, lbc, skaters, and big boys
Mosey to the wall for some presses, and jabs
